Starting from modest beginnings by importing and trading Japanese lubricants, we gradually built up our brand reputation. This journey led us to Japan, where we attended a seminar on Lubricant Production Technology Innovation and Transfer under a bilateral cooperation program between Vietnam and Japan. During this event, we had the opportunity to exchange expertise and develop a joint venture plan with a reputable Japanese lubricant company, which led to the establishment of Novo Japan Lubricant Joint Venture Plant at Xuyen A Industrial Park in Vietnam—built upon the strong foundation of the already well-established Novo brand in Japan.
Over the past years, our factory has completed the transfer of advanced production technology and now operates on a large scale to meet the demands of both domestic and international markets.
Our entire manufacturing system is designed in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. We have invested in state-of-the-art, fully automated, and closed-loop production lines—from formulation to packaging. All processes are carried out by a team of highly skilled and professionally trained staff. We carefully select only reputable and high-quality suppliers for raw materials and packaging to ensure the utmost quality of every product we deliver.
